This is in addition to my previous post of an extract from my published novel Black Shield
In New York Dr. Robin Clifford turned towards the man known as Sigma (his original identity being no more valid) and said “Bravo! You pulled it off all right. I acknowledge you as a genius of our time. Now tell me as to how you had come up with this idea and about the next step” Sigma said “As you know I had come up with a theory that could explain the phenomenon of electrical dysfunction in respect of a terrestrial disturbance that occurred close to the location where the team was proceeding to at the time. You remember I had said that I stumbled upon the theory that there could be a spot roughly around three to five kilometers in radius on the surface of the earth which could be running deep down to a central circular core area which may be termed the force center of all electrical impulses of planet earth’s mass molecular structure. Well it’s something like this; the electrical forces of our planet Earth are presently believed to be held in perfect balance, thus producing no resultant reaction. I had said that the Electrical and nuclear forces in nature were enormously greater than the gravitational forces. Even so, since these electrical and nuclear forces were both held in check by being in a state of perpetual and perfect balance, the gravitational forces though comparatively much smaller were presently dominating the inter-planetary force-field system. Even a comparatively small force such as say the force produced by Electro-magnetic repulsion if it be of the required magnitude, when applied at that particular electrical center of our planet earth, could artificially create an electrical imbalance to trigger an enormous electrical reaction producing unknown quanta of energy. This could perhaps even result in making the earth take off at great speed into space and run astray overcoming its own gravitation as well as the orbital influence of the pulls exerted by other planets of our Solar system. I had also said that this was bound to lead to unpredictable chaos and possible destruction on a colossal scale far exceeding that of any nuclear disaster.’
Robin was still skeptical and had countered ‘OK, Doc now tell me, for God’s sake, what do you really feel about all this? Is it just one of those crazy theoretical conjectures or is it in the realm of possibility, however remote?’
‘Well I’m pretty certain I could be right. It is an area that has not been explored up-to now and needs deep study and experimentation including the simulation and application of these intended corrective charges. Electrical theory as now taught ignores these twisters and I’m pretty sure no one yet has an idea of the electrical center of the planet earth as even a remote possibility.” He continued ‘There is no coherent theory to explain this phenomenon. However I felt that by resorting to some extremely fine modulation by varying the magnitude of the applied repulsion-force in an absolutely controlled manner, certain surprisingly beneficial effects, would also become possible leading perhaps to man’s control of nature in various as yet unknown ways. Its full potential could only be known after further research’.
“We will have to build the world’s largest and most powerful Charge-Generator and put it in the right place and start manipulation.” said Sigma. Then followed a long description of the modalities and the theories involved. Said Sigma “You have seen me obtain repulsive reaction from instantaneous charges, simultaneously applied circumventing the presently held theory that work needs to be done to introduce a polarized entity next to or near an electrical or Electro-magnetic body for which purpose the amount of work required to be expended is calculated on the basis of the field strength of that body. The main sphere we are talking about namely the earth would be of a mind boggling potential field strength and this kind of calculation to place another body next to its electrical center would give the amount of work needed as something which would be far far beyond any human capability if we follow the traditional mode of calculation. I have formulated my course of action based on the required work on the basis of adopting an instantaneous charging technique for both bodies simultaneously with identical quanta of charge, thus producing a force of repulsion sufficient to destabilize the electrical balance of the main sphere and prepare it for finer manipulation. Once this is achieved, there is no stopping of the enormous and mind-boggling energies and force factors we could expect. The world as we know it wouldn’t be the same again”
Sigma continued “The main parts could be built in the U.S and the others at other locations including some in India where it would be easy to maintain secrecy as no one would bother to know what goes on next door and also perhaps in Japan.” Detailed discussion followed between the two and a plan was agreed. The special task force they had lined up consisting of six top executives and support staffs who were waiting in the adjoining office were summoned one after the other and specific instructions were issued and arrangements for transfer of funds were put in motion. Apart from the United States, the other countries selected for equipment manufacture and logistic support were Japan, Taiwan and India. Main land china was to be utilized for transportation in a clandestine manner with the explanation that the equipment was purely for seismic research for the prediction of Earth- quakes. The concerned authorities in China, it was decided would be told that a database was to be established as a continuous scientific program and the data would be shared with the Chinese institute of Seismology and Geo- research. While the main equipment would be shipped by sea from the port of Sanfrancisco in the U.S. West coast to the southern most port nearest to the Chinese main land, the other equipment would be airlifted to India first for integration with that to be locally made and then both parcels of equipment would be taken over land to the actual location for installation. The entire process would be meticulously monitored to avoid any hitches. The installation team would be waiting at the location prior to the receipt of the various pieces of equipment and the whole exercise including the installation and testing would be done under extreme secrecy. “ I will guide and instruct your man at every stage to erect the machinery. I somehow visualize that the center that your man will identify under my guidance would be close to where we have installed the Power plant with enough foresight” said Sigma. Both Sigma and Clifford would coordinate their travel plans to ultimately meet up at the specific location site well in time. After a grueling exercise spread over the entire day, Dr. Clifford left for contacting his close confidant nicknamed Bull. Sigma stayed behind and busied himself with his assembly drawings and sketches painstakingly put together in the last one month.
Sigma was manipulated by his captors turned friends in such a way that his identity had been erased completely since the official records would show that he had died and his body had been interred in a grave in New York in the presence of his friends and colleagues. However Sigma was glad that his ideas had been highly respected and a job of unimaginable importance was entrusted to him and billions were being spent to bring his theories to fruition in a way that the world leaders would shake in their shoes once the consequences are made known to them. He was however curious to know the identity of the person going by the name of Bull who it was believed had great respect for Sigma’s creativity and himself an electrical man capable of implementing Sigma’s step by step instructions at site. Sigma had earlier read in books of fiction that this technique of obliterating a person’s identity and making him dead in official records was frequently used to get the concerned person to perform acts that he would have normally rebelled against. The person would be told that they could kill him whenever they liked since he was officially classified as dead anyway and the only way for him to survive would be to do their bidding with a smile. Sigma never did imagine that he would one day be a victim of such tactics. He was not aware as to whose body was passed off as his own before being interred. He was keen to know the identity of ‘Bull’ who was a member of the expedition team and who had agreed to become a tool to serve Dr. Clifford’s grandiose plans.
